Fruit and Cider Route

The Fruit and Cider Route is Norway’s only fruit and cider trail, located in Ulvik in Hardanger. The route includes three farms – Lekve Gard, Syse Gard, and Ulvik Frukt & Cideri – each offering cider boards and guided tastings during the summer season. Syse Gard

Visit Syse Farm and its shop, brimming with local produce. Sausages, dried and cured legs and ribs of mutton, apple jam, plum jam, apple juice, apple chutney and fresh fruit in season. Hardanger Juice and Cider Factory

Hardanger Juice and Cider Factory is situated at Lekve Farm. You may enjoy a guided tour of the factory, and get to see the well renomated cider production at first hand.

Ulvik Frukt & Cideri

Ulvik Frukt & Cideri is a family‑owned cidery on Hakastad farm, south‑facing and sunny in the heart of the fruit village of Ulvik in Hardanger. They grow both common, old Norwegian and selected English and French apple varieties, producing fresh apple juices and handcrafted cider, and offer guided tours with tastings in their farm shop.
